• How do I connect to the ARCH File Swap network folder?

  Note: Only Architecture faculty, and students enrolled in at least one course with an ARCH prefix, have access to this folder. If you are connecting from off campus, you must be connected to the OSU VPN https://it.okstate.edu/services/osuvpn/ before connecting to the Architecture file share.

   

  • Windows
    
    • Launch File Explorer
    • Right-click on "This PC" and select “Map Network Drive...”
    • In the Folder box, enter:
       \\ceat-fs.ceat.okstate.edu\Stu\CEATSTUDENTS
    • Check “Reconnect at Logon”
    • Check “Connect using different credentials”
      User name:
       osu\username OR firstname.lastname@okstate.edu (same as OKEY email address)
       Password: Your O-Key password
    
    MacOS
    
    • Launch Finder
    • At the top of your screen, click Go, then Connect to Server
    • In the server box, type: smb://ceat-fs.ceat.okstate.edu/Stu/CEATSTUDENTS
    • Click Connect
    • Select Registered User
    • Enter your full @okstate.edu email address and Okey password, then click Connect

  Note: Saving audio and video files to the server is restricted.

• How do I submit a help ticket?

  CEAT Faculty, Staff, and Students can create a ticket by logging in with their O-Key account at https://ceathelp.okstate.edu
