How to submit a help ticket

Check back from time to time. The options or procedures may change.

• Go tohttps://ceathelp.okstate.edu.
• Log in with your OKey short username and password.How do I find my O-Key short username?
• If you are not already on the Tickets | All Queues page, select "Service Desk" on the left nav bar.
  
• Choose "New" then "New Ticket From Queue"
• Select the Category that most closely fits your request.
• Complete the form.
• Click "Save".

An email is automatically sent to CEAT-ITS.
