ENDEAVOR is the centerpiece of a paradigm shift underway at Oklahoma State University to expand instruction beyond the classroom and increase undergraduate laboratory and exploratory time for interdisciplinary, hands-on and industry-aligned learning. Dr. Joseph Conner, a Teaching Associate Professor in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and CEAT Design Project Mentor, champions hands-on learning in CEAT. His expertise spans manufacturing, robotics, and data acquisition, significantly contributing to OSU's interdisciplinary projects and the ENDEAVOR Lab.

Hugo Ferrer Toledo

Professor of Professional Practice

Dr. Hugo Ferrer Toledo is a Professor of Professional Practice in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at OSU and currently serves as Interim Director of the Endeavor Lab. His work focuses on seismic engineering, geotechnical analysis, and structural risk assessment.

Anthony Hassett

Teaching Assistant Professor

Dr. Anthony Hassett is a Teaching Assistant Professor in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Holding multiple degrees from OSU, his expertise spans computational fluid dynamics, UAV flight dynamics, and aeroacoustics, backed by significant research and awards.

Lab and Safety Manager

Shelley Potter has more than 17 years of lab management experience, previously serving as the lab and safety manager for the School of Chemical Engineering before she joined the ENDEAVOR team as their lab and safety manager in 2021.
