Pre-Departure Meetings
- Attendance at meetings is required and essential to the success of students in the course and while abroad.
- Documentation is required for an absence to be excused.
- Meeting dates and times will be shared upon their commitment to the program or upon request.
- Meetings are planned to be weekly for an hour and a half starting the week of October 12, 2026, and ending the week of November 16, 2026.

Airfare
- Students are responsible for purchasing their own flights and will be instructed when they are to arrive.
- After their commitment to the program, students will receive the program leader’s flight information as soon as they are booked. Students should not purchase their flights until this information is provided.
- The program is organized to fly in and out of the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) in Rome, Italy.

Eligibility
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Must be in good standing and academic standing with the university.
- Conduct records will be reviewed, and each case will be considered individually.
- While this is a course within CEAT, any enrolled OSU student may apply for the program and enroll in one of the offered courses. However, CEAT students will be given priority.

After you've completed and submitted your application, and if you are accepted, you will be asked to “commit” to the program to confirm your desire to still join the course. This must be done by the listed decision date. Upon your confirmation, you will be officially admitted, and a non-refundable deposit will be charged to your OSU Bursar account. Please note that once billed to your Bursar account, all costs are non-refundable.
