Inflow microscope characterizes flowing concentrated emulsion and particulate systems in the range 1 μm – 1 mm

• 1 in. stainless steel jacketed tubing

• Temperature: -30 °F to 150 °F

• Pressure up to 150 psig

• Progressive cavity pump with max flow = 20 gpm

• Cross polarization for hydrate/wax characterization

• Provides real time images/video of the process fluid

• Particle/droplet size and shape

• Concentrated dispersions (~ 30 vol. %)

• Identify coalescence, transient morphology, and adhesion to surfaces

• Microscope rated to 5,000 psig at 350 °F
