Deliverables and Confidentiality

1. We work with our clients before, during, and after our on-site assessment.
2. We deliver a report with our findings and recommendations to each client. Reports include energy profiles, process profiles, descriptions of existing conditions, and actionable recommendations.
3. Each recommendation is briefly explained and illustrated when necessary.
4. An estimated simple payback period is provided for each recommendation.
5. Our lead author (student leader assigned for each assessment) provides a single point of contact before and after the site visit.
6. Our client is informed of our progress throughout the process.
7. We also check back with each client approximately 12 months after the site visit to follow up on implementation status regarding our recommendations.
8. We treat client data, findings, and recommendations as proprietary information.
9. Our funding agency maintains a national database that contains limited technical information, stripped of company identity.
