Samantha Stobbe, a senior majoring in chemical engineering, recently won second place in a poster competition at the AIChE Annual Student Conference held in Phoenix, Arizona.  The title of her poster was:  “Visible Light Driven C-C Coupling Reaction of Terminal Alkynes at Atmospheric Temperature and Pressure Reaction Conditions using Hybrid Cu2O Pd Nanostructures.”
