John Cummins

Executive Vice President of Product Technology and Investing Partner of Hydrotex LLP a Texas specialty lubricant and chemical company founded in 1936. Responsible for Research and Development, Technical Services and Dean of Hydrotex Lubrication University 40+ years of experience in the Chemical Additive and Lubrication Industry. Retired Captain in the Naval Reserves with a military career spanning Vietnam through Desert Storm. He is a member of Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS™), member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI) He is a Contributing Writer for: TLT Tribology & Lubrication Technology (STLE); Compoundings (Magazine of the Independent Lubrication Manufacturers Association); Lube & Greases Magazine; and Reliability Magazine. He has taught over 300 Public classes on lubrication and grease science and Lubrication Excellence

Alexander Hessinger

Alexander Hessinger is a passionate advocate for sustainability with deep roots in the Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest, where his journey into environmental stewardship began. With over a decade of experience working across diverse American communities, Alexander co-founded Tribuquent, a nonprofit organization dedicated to integrating technology and renewable energy to build a dynamic economy that prioritizes human dignity and flourishing. Under Alexander's leadership, Tribuquent has become more than just a project development firm; it is a catalyst for change. The nonprofit fosters a culture of collaboration, reciprocity, and open access to resources, all aimed at achieving social and economic equity. Alexander is committed to a just transition that ensures inclusivity and equity for all communities. His expertise spans leading multi-million dollar initiatives in broadband, renewable energy, and innovative technology sectors. Alexander's work is driven by a vision of a sustainable future where communities thrive in harmony with nature, connected through practices that honor both human and environmental needs.

ryan snow

Ryan Snow

Ryan Snow has a diverse work experience, primarily focused on sustainability and green building. Ryan is currently serving as the Regional Director for U.S. Market Transformation & Development at the U.S. Green Building Council, where they oversee the day-to-day operations of a regional team's work plan and develops programming to advance community sustainability. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles within the organization, including Director of U.S. Market Transformation & Development and Director of Community Advancement. Before joining the U.S. Green Building Council, Ryan worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Navigating Green and as an Adjunct Faculty at Chatham University. Ryan also gained experience at the Green Building Alliance, where they served as Director of Education & Special Projects and as a Research Coordinator & Resource Center Manager. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Macoskey Center for Sustainable Systems and as an Intern & "Go Green" Student Coordinator at Michigan Energy Options. Throughout their career, Ryan has developed and instructed workshops, created online learning programs, and demonstrated a commitment to promoting sustainability and green practices.
