Denay Huddleston
Denay Huddleston is director, Digital Products in Research and Development for Phillips 66. Her team develops models and deploys digital tools in support of business process improvement and optimization. Prior to working in R&D, Denay let teams in the Information Technology organization including network projects, university recruiting and project delivery teams.
Denay interned and then worked for General Motors immediately after college. There she led manufacturing floor teams and led several lean initiatives within the Oklahoma City and Kansas City facilities. A favorite was teaching a continuous improvement class, which incorporated industrial engineering principles for all employees.
Denay is an active board member of Mary Martha Outreach, coordinating their annual fundraiser, ShamRocktheVille, a local 5k in its 16th year. She sits on the Brooksie A Peyton Scholarship Foundation and volunteers for non-profit activities in her community. At OSU, she is on the CEAT Dean’s Advisory Board and Zink Center Advisory Council.
While at OSU, Denay was involved in the Society of Women Engineers, Institute of Industrial Engineers, Council of Partner and CEAT scholar, and an OK LSAMP recipient.
Denay holds a M.S. in Technology and Engineering Management and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Denay and her husband, Dwayne (OSU B.S. in Construction Management) enjoy traveling and spending time with their families and dogs, Frankie and Lola.
