Jeff Greer
Jeff is a 1986 graduate of Industrial Engineering and Management, as is his wife Lynette.
Two of their children, Evan and Emily, are also IEM graduates from OSU.
Jeff has 30 years of management and executive level leadership and P/L experience
with companies generating $15 million to $2 billion in annual sales. He currently
serves as Director of Aerobraze, USA, which is a division of Wall Colmonoy. Aerobraze
has operations in Oklahoma City, OK and Cincinnati, OH.
His leadership background spans multiple business environments including: aerospace
machining/processing, defense electronics, silicon reclamation, mechanical/electrical
assembly and software development. He is recognized as a builder of strong leadership
teams and engaged cultures. He uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to
facilitate continual and lasting change.
Previously he has served as CEO at SBS Industries, Executive Board Member of Danco
Manufacturing, Vice President and General Manager of Precise Machining & Manufacturing,
Manager of Production Operations & Facilities at L-3 Integrated Systems Group, and
Manager, Military Programs at Spirit AeroSystems.
