Jeff Moore


Jeff currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Badlands Gear Company, a consumer products business focused on providing hunting apparel, packs, and optics accessories for the most demanding hunting conditions backed by an unconditional lifetime guarantee. Jeff is an avid hunter himself and enjoys working with other serious hunters to design and build innovative products. Badlands’ products are used by hunters throughout the world, and have even been featured in movies such as Wind River and the hit Paramount TV series Yellowstone.

Prior to joining Badlands, Jeff spent over 20 years at Zebco Brands, a leading manufacturer of fishing equipment under a variety of brands. Over half of his time at Zebco was spent as Vice President of Operations overseeing distribution, sourcing, materials planning, consumer service, and facilities management. Jeff also had responsibility for Zebco’s wholly owned precision machining manufacturing facility located outside of Shanghai, China. Prior to his role as Vice President, Jeff spent almost 4 years as Director of Global Sourcing responsible for overseeing supplier relationships throughout China, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Vietnam.

Jeff graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management in December 1992. After graduation, Jeff started his career in the Environmental Consulting industry. Early in his career he served as project data officer and eventually project coordinator for the EPA pilot Superfund cleanup project in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Jeff also served as an adjunct professor in Oklahoma State’s Engineering Extension program specializing in Hazardous Material and Hazardous Waste Transportation.

Jeff and his wife Laryn have four children and reside in Broken Arrow. They are both involved in their local church where Laryn serves as the Director of College Age Ministries. Jeff also serves on the board of directors at the OSU Wesley Foundation
