John Doucette

John received both his BS in Mechanical Engineering and MS in Industrial Engineering and Management from OSU.  After graduation, John worked as a Robotics Engineer for Texas Instruments, helping to design TI's first flexible automated manufacturing facility.  John then went on to serve in the US Air Force as a commissioned officer, retiring as a Brigadier General.  During his military career, John flew F-15 aircraft in combat during several operations, advised national decision-makers on the US Joint Staff as well as NATO, and served as a commander at various levels with postings around the globe including Saudi Arabia, Great Britain, Okinawa, Guam and Norway.  John has over thirty years of senior executive leadership experience with focus on organizational behavior, strategy development and operational effectiveness.
