Mark Semkoff
Mark Semkoff is President of Valtronic. Previously he has worked at LISI Medical Remmele as Vice President and General Manager, Ametek Engineered Medical Components as Division Vice President and Business Unit Manager, Technical Services for Electronics, Inc. (A Division of Ametek EMC) as President, TSE as Vice President of Operations, Dekko Automotive Technologies as engineering manager, and Custom Lights as operations manager.
He received his BS and MS degrees in IEM from Oklahoma State University.
Mark is an experienced Executive Leader for contract design and manufacturing of medical device including Class III implantable, high volume automotive, and consumer electronics. He has held roles as company executive general management with P&L ownership and global operations executive roles.
His passion is aligning organizations around the company vision and leading teams to excellence in customer service, world class manufacturing performance, high growth, and superior financial results.
Mark’s career began with operations, leading multiple locations across three continents, including manufacturing start-up and sales office location start-up, both domestically and internationally. He has created high performing work teams that collaborate globally to achieve and sustain top quartile performance levels. He has achieved sustainable results through continuous improvement including lean manufacturing, use of metrics and scorecards, team building and engagement, coaching and development to grow next generation leadership to continue these trends, and his overall drive for market leading performance.
As a P&L leader, Mark is growth oriented with a track record of consistently growing top line faster than the markets served and consistently growing profits and profitability faster than top line growth.
