Mitch has direct responsibility for managing all areas of the Thermal Specialties, a privately-owned business and an ISO 9001 registered manufacturer. It provides Furnace Engineering, Support, Heat Treating, Insulating Materials and related services. Thermal Specialties has four locations - Tulsa, OK Sapulpa, OK Oklahoma City, OK and Fort Worth, TX. The company’s revenues are estimated at $7 million per year and has somewhere between 20 and 50 employees according to publicly available sources.

 

Prior to Thermal Specialties, Mitch served as global vice president of operations for FW
Murphy, a Tulsa-based instrumentation and controls company. Mitch holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management and a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.

 

Mitch was a member and Chair of IEM’s Industrial Advisory Board.
