Siby Thomas is a seasoned business and technology leader in the field of Data and Analytics, currently serving as Director of Business Intelligence at McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 10 global healthcare company. With over a decade of experience, Siby has spearheaded transformative analytics initiatives across diverse business units, including Pharmaceutical Distribution, Oncology, Medical-Surgical, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and Global Security. His team plays a pivotal role in advancing McKesson’s private label strategy, optimizing pricing and go-to-market approaches, streamlining inventory, and expanding market share in the retail pharmacy space through timely, actionable insights.
Siby began his professional journey at McKesson as an Analyst and steadily progressed through roles in Product Development, Healthcare Informatics, Generic Operations & Analytics, and Enterprise Insights—each role deepening his expertise and expanding his impact on the company’s analytics capabilities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Vidyavardhini’s College of Engineering and Technology in India, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA with dual majors in Management and Finance from Sam Houston State University. He has also completed executive education in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin. Siby is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a HIPAA De-Identification Subject Matter Expert.

Outside of work, he is actively involved in his community, serving as Principal of Sunday School at his local Indian Orthodox Christian church in the DFW region, where he leads over 100 students from Pre-K through high school in their spiritual journey. He enjoys reading, gardening, and woodworking, and resides in the DFW area with his family.
