Stacie Wrobbel
Stacie was raised in Alva, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and Management in 1991. Stacie began her Project Management career with Exxon Corporation in 1992 in Baytown, TX. Stacie held a variety of Management and Project Leadership roles across the Downstream, Midstream/Pipeline and Upstream Companies during her twenty-nine-year career with ExxonMobil. She worked across Project Management discipline areas and led/supervised teams located in Africa, Europe/Caspian, Canada, Russia, and SE Asia. Stacie served as Chair for the Upstream Executive Women’s Leadership Team for a number of years and is passionate about attracting, retaining, and developing women. Stacie also served as a charter member of the Inclusion and Diversity Council and as the OSU Recruiting Team Captain. Stacie is now in her career 2.0 and is Vice-President for Pathfinder (a Project Management Consulting firm) and serves as their Downstream and Petrochemical Industry Sector Lead. She is involved in the Construction Industry Institute and is on the Board of Directors for the Engineering and Construction Contracting Association. Stacie is married to Derek Wrobbel (OSU EE graduate). They have three children and reside in Houston, TX.
