Stephanie Criner
Stephanie Criner started her career at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in January 2005 and has worked there ever since. She started her career in the Operations Leadership Development Program and then moved through the ranks in Quality Engineering, Program Management and Global Supply Chain. Today she is the Global Supply Chain Senior Manager for a Precision Fires rocket program, where she manages a billion dollar supply chain, including leading subcontract proposals, negotiations and order placement, risk and opportunity management, capacity ramps and strategic sourcing.
Stephanie graduated from Oklahoma State in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management. She later obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
A fierce advocate of Diversity and Inclusion, Stephanie has held leadership positions for several Employee Resource Groups within Lockheed Martin, including serving as the Treasurer for the African American Council for Excellence and President of the Women’s Impact Network. She has also served on the Diversity Advisory Council for several years in her local school district.
Stephanie and her (fellow Oklahoma State grad!) husband Matt live in Grapevine, Texas with their two daughters. Her interests include whatever activities her daughters are currently into, reading and traveling. She has visited all 50 states and 20+ countries and is always planning the next big adventure.
