Tony Bacher received his BSIE in 1970 and his MSIE in 1972. He has been married to Linda, also a lifelong Tulsan, for 44 years. They have three children Mike, Brian and Andrea.

Bacher cofounded, developed and sold three businesses:

MBA Inc, which developed two software products sold worldwide by IBM
The WebZone, which was the largest privately held ISP in Oklahoma
TulsaConnect, which is a provider of commercial data center services

Bacher served as General Manager of TulsaConnect until his retirement in 2015. Bacher also is active in First Baptist Church, the Jimmie Dean Scholarship Foundation, and the Singing Churchmen of Oklahoma.
