About the program

Research Experience for Undergraduates in Additive Manufacturing and Cybersecurity at Oklahoma State University is a 10-week summer program designed to prepare students for research careers at the intersection of advanced manufacturing and secure production systems.
Additive manufacturing is transforming industries through customizable, efficient, and sustainable processes, while cybersecurity is essential to protect these interconnected technologies from digital threats. This REU program offers undergraduates the chance to conduct hands-on research in both areas, building technical expertise and professional skills needed for the future STEM workforce. Each summer, 10 students from across the U.S. join OSU faculty and graduate mentors to contribute to interdisciplinary projects that address emerging challenges in manufacturing and cybersecurity.
