IEM’s Cowboy Academy (TCA) is an organization of distinguished alumni who have achieved outstanding careers.  It exists to recognize their achievements and help the School of Industrial Engineering and Management execute their mission of developing professional leaders by providing industry insight and expertise along with financial resources.  The TCA vision is to help graduates achieve their most valued and rewarding career.
