Through the use of a unique experimental facility, our group has the ability to measure
dynamic gas evolution from super-saturated hydrocarbons at pressures up to 6,000 psia.
Our pioneering work is providing the insight needed to predict gas carry-under and
residence times required for compact separation.
Our experiments are performed at the Hazardous Reaction Laboratory at Oklahoma State
University. This facility is ideal for performing high pressure experiments because
the experiment is contained in a concrete room that is physically separated from the
control room, as shown below.
