Lindsey Greco, Ph.D.

Principal Investigator

Lindsey Greco is an associate professor in the Management Department in the OSU Spears School of Business. Her interests include stress and anxiety in the workplace, counterproductive work behavior, social identity at work, and research methods; her research currently appears in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and The Leadership Quarterly among others. In regards to her work on stress and anxiety in the workplace, Dr. Greco is currently examining how patterns of stressors unfold over time, which is of particular interest in understanding how individuals cope with stress. Typical studies of stress take a more static approach, assessing stressors at a single time period, however, this approach ignores the fluctuation in stress and the adaptation to stressful events over time. By combining novel survey techniques and advanced data analysis, Dr. Greco aims to contribute to the stress and coping literature, for both first responders and more typical employees.
