Advanced Income Approach
This course continues where the basic Unit 4 ends. Building capitalization rates various ways for differing property types is discussed in detail. The main focus is on analyzing income and expense information and statements, caps rates, and even a little discounted cash flow.
CAMA Landmark Mapping
This course is designed to be a refresher for employees to help modify data within MapAnalyzer. This will also serve as an intro into doing splits and combines for new users.

Building a basic subdivision (if time permits
CAMA Landmark Mapping Subdivision
This 8.5 hour class is a Subdivision Class only, this class was designed for those with a higher knowledge of MapAnalyzer and layer modification. A working lunch will be provided by Landmark GSI, to allow for more time training on the material.
Commercial Data Collection
Basic data collection of commercial properties. Some topics to be discussed will include some basic tips for field collection of commercial properties & an intro to attributes that set the foundation of commercial valuation. This class is conducted both in the classroom and in the field

Defensive Driving
The goal of the National Safety Council's Defensive Driving Course is to provide drivers with knowledge and safe driving techniques to prevent collisions and violations. This course focuses on collision prevention through hazard recognition and the application of collision-avoidance techniques. In addition, the course addresses common driving violations that result in collisions, and ways to change driving habits to eliminate moving violations.
Manufactured Homes 936 Form
This 4 hour class is designed to teach the basics of how to complete a manufactured home OTC 936 "Receipt of Taxes Paid" Form. Instruction will cover how to manually complete a 936 and how to complete a 936 in the Landmark CAMA system. Outlines covering potential scenarios will be introduced for better understanding of the 936 process. Discussion is welcomed and encouraged.
