We will provide a virtual option to the Kick-Off meeting for all those who are unable, or uncomfortable, attending in person. Please RSVP below and contact Jennifer Holcomb  to declare interest in this option.

    COVID-19 Protocols

  • Socially distanced room settings in the meeting and dining spaces, Wes Watkins 108 and 101
  • Twice a day sanitation of rooms, tables, equipment, and door handles 
  • Doors to the building and meeting/dining spaces will be marked specifically for Entry Only & Exit Only to help minimize opportunities for close social contact

  • Hand sanitizer will be available in all spaces
  • Face masks are required on the OSU campus. Masks should be worn at all times, with the exception of meals/drinks/snacks. View the campus re-opening plan here
  • Electronic participation option will be made available for all those who are unable or do not wish to attend in-person
  • Wash hands often
  • Avoid close contact. Six feet of distance is recommended outside your home
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a mask around others
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
  • Clean and disinfect
