How to submit a help ticket

 Check back from time to time.  The options or procedures may change.

  • Go to .
  • Log in with your OKey short username and password. How do I find my O-Key short username?
  • If you are not already on the Tickets | All Queues page, select "Service Desk" on the left nav bar.
    Choose "New" then "New Ticket From Queue"
  • Choose "New" then "New Ticket From Queue"
  • Select the Category that most closely fits your request.
  • Complete the form.
  • Click "Save".

An email is automatically sent to CEAT-ITS.
