Innovation and Collaboration
The Zink Center will leverage the exceptional makerspaces, teaching laboratories and
shop facilities available to CEAT students to create a culture of innovation within
the CEAT academic programs. The Zink Center will partner with the CEAT academic
units, the Riata Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the School of Entrepreneurship to create opportunities for interdisciplinary student teams to develop and nurture a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Leadership and STEM Outreach
The Zink Center is uniquely equipped to assist CEAT, as well as state and national
competitions aimed at motivating Oklahoma middle and high school students to pursue
careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our technical staff
will work collaboratively to support these hands-on STEM competitions in our makerspaces,
offering guidance in manufacturing processes, design, teamwork, leadership, and project
management.
Interdisciplinary Teams
The College of Engineering Architecture and Technology hosts the Senior Design Expo.
Students are able to present their design projects to industry partners, faculty members,
and family. These projects are the culmination of an engineering student's college
career.
Competition Teams
Our competition teams, from Bullet Racing to Cowboy Racing to our OSU Space Cowboys
have a long history of holding many world records.
