Professor Guoliang Fan named Best Associate Editor

The IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics (JBHI) named ECE Professor Guoliang Fan as one of three Best Associate Editors for 2022. With an impact factor of 7.02, J-BHI is a fast-growing journal that utilizes over 90 associate editors.
