Professor Guoliang Fan named Best Associate Editor

The IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics (JBHI) named ECE Professor Guoliang Fan as one of three Best Associate Editors for 2022. With an impact factor of 7.02, J-BHI is a fast-growing journal that utilizes over 90 associate editors. Swiftwater rescue is one of the most dynamic, challenging and common rescues a first responder may face. All water rescue incidents are dynamic and require rapid and effective decision making to perform a successful and safe rescue. Situational awareness is critical during water rescue incidents to ensure safety for the victim(s) and for the rescuers.

Professor John O'Hara receives prestigious NSF CAREER Award
